		<description>My half brother recently passed away at the age of 69 without a will.  he has several accounts that have a POD. He had an illegitimate child when he was in his 20&#039;s.  My mother and father (who are deceased) have a trust the my half brother receives a 1/3 share.  The trust has not been fully disbursed.  The illegitimate child (now age 45) is being considered an heir and I would like to dispute/contest this.</description>
