Trust Matters. So It’s Our Main Priority.
At Weiss, our goal is to be the preeminent and most trusted law firm in the St. Louis area for small- to medium-sized businesses. For that reason, we unfailingly hold to the highest standards of integrity, honesty and transparency with all our clients.
Although we’ve represented many companies and individuals on single-issue matters, we’ve also nurtured and developed ongoing relationships with a great majority of our clients. So whatever the legal task or length of legal representation needed, we welcome the opportunity to represent you or your company. But we want to do much more than simply earn your business – we want to earn your trust.
Our Fee Structure
Generally, our fees are charged on an hourly basis. Some standardized matters, such as drafting simple incorporation and limited liability company documents, or simple wills, durable powers of attorney and the like may be available at a fixed fee.
Weiss Attorneys at Law periodically posts timely blogs and publishes our online newsletter, E-LawLines, which covers pertinent legal (and sometimes non-legal) issues. Click here to access our full archive of blog entries, or sign up to receive E-LawLines in your inbox.
