Joseph P. Keaveny Joins Weiss Attorneys at Law

Weiss Attorneys at Law is pleased to announce that Joseph P. Keaveny has joined the firm as a principal.

Joe concentrates his practice in estate planning, trust administration, wealth and succession planning, securities and business law. He also brings extensive securities regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management experience, having spent more than 20 years working with private trusts and in the banking and securities industries. A member of the FINRA Board of Neutrals since 1998, Joe has arbitrated numerous securities disputes. Since November 2009, Joe has served as the Missouri State Senator for the 4th District, and is a recipient of the 2010 and 2011 Missouri Bar Legislative Award for his work on the Uniform Trust Code and the Uniform Principal and Income Act. Joe earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. Louis University School of Law in 1997, an M.B.A. concentrating in Finance from St. Louis University in 1986, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
